Refund Policy

We want you to love your LUMAJO products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to start a return
Email sac@lumajoshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used styling tools unless faulty.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at sac@lumajoshop.com.
